I was quite shocked when I first saw the ad where Rewards Giant claimed to offer $1,000 worth of gift cards for completing fun tasks. It was so intriguing that I decided to try it personally to check whether Rewards Giant is legit or not.
I previously tried paid online surveys for money and many other legit side hustles. But the reward is one such territory that I need to venture into more. And that’s another reason to try this platform to check if I can get anything and to test my luck!
I have some rules and processes to test and analyze any platform. I shared a few in my post about Survey Junkie hacks. But this, it is completely different. So, without any further ado, let’s dive!

Rewards Giant – Summary & Quick Facts
Headquartered in New York, Rewards Giant has been in the market since 2011. But I first got to know about it when I was searching for some legit passive income ideas.
Since that time, I had a keen interest in reviewing Rewards Giant to check its actual potential. Like any other genuine online job, I tried to figure out how much you can actually make here, which is surely our primary concern.
But before I reveal those, here are some quick facts first!
- Website: Rewards Giant
- Developer: Reward Zone USA LLC
- Headquartered In: New York, United States
- Launched In: 2011
- Niche: Rewards / Deals

Dreamshala Rating: 3.5/5 in terms of legitimacy, as this website is a legit one and has been in operation for over a decade now. But, 2.5/5 in terms of actual earning potential, as it can take up to 3 months to complete all the 25 deals offered by Rewards Giant.

Is Rewards Giant Legit?
Yes, Rewards Giant is a legit platform where you can make real money instantly by completing various deals. It is owned and operated by Reward Zone USA LLC, which is a subsidiary of Fluent, Inc. Now, this company has a market cap of more than $100 million in 2024.
Fluent is a publicly traded company that has previously offered $750 Cash App rewards through its other subsidiary, Rewards Zone USA. So, it is certain that Rewards Giant is also a legit reward site that comes from the same umbrella.
You can make between $5 and $1,000 for completing 5 to 25 deals. And there are more than 100 different gift cards to choose from through which you can easily cash out. But yes, these 25 deals are no joke, as they need time, effort, and money to complete.
My Take: I’ve found several complaints regarding Rewards Giant for non-payment. And when I dug deep, I found out that you need to submit proof of every deal completion to get paid, which can be a bit troublesome for people.
What Is Rewards Giant?
Rewards Giant is actually a reward-giving site offered by Rewards Zone USA LLC, which is a subsidiary of Fluent Inc. Now this company is behind the iconic Flash Rewards site, where they claimed to give up to $1,000 for these same deal completions.
While making this Rewards Giant review, I also found out that it is the brainchild of Matthew Conlin, who is the co-founder of Fluent Inc and also the current Chief Customer Officer of the company. So, one thing is sure Rewards Giant comes from the same family that offers fast and easy ways to make money.
Rewards Giant is also a part of the Up Level Rewards program, which is behind the Flash Rewards and Rewards Zone. And all these sites work quite in a similar fashion. These may not be the places to sign up and get money, but with a little time allotment, you can surely get some gift cards.
As of 2024, you can get $5 for completing a single deal and can make as much as $1,000 for completing 25. And the company claims that they have paid close to $20 million in rewards.
My Findings: Besides the global site, you can also access this platform through Rewards Giant USA, Rewards Giant Canada, Rewards Giant Australia, and Rewards Giant UK websites. So, access the platform according to your demographic profile.

Who Can Join Rewards Giant?
It is true that you can make money without paying anything for the signup on Rewards Giant. However, there are some basic criteria that you need to abide by.
- Need to be at least 18 years old.
- Should be from an eligible country (USA, UK, Canada, and Australia)
- Have a smartphone, desktop, or laptop.
- Have an active phone number with a text message facility.
- Access to high-speed internet connectivity.
- Willingness to share basic info, such as name, email ID, and ZIP code.
- Must have the efficiency to complete deals within 60 days.
It is true that you don’t need to verify your identity to make an account here. But to claim any reward, you need to go through an ID and SSN verification process. So, don’t use any false information.
My Findings: Unlike any other rewards site, Rewards Giant doesn’t have any referral program where you can make money referring friends. It is a bit strange to me as this one is a common marketing trick.
How To Select Gift Card Rewards On Rewards Giant?
There is no doubt that Rewards Giant is a legit site that offers gift cards of various denominations ($5 to $1,000) from your favorite online and offline retailers. However, this practice can also be seen on surveys that pay through Cash App.
Rewards Giant comes from the same company that became a sensation last year for the $750 Shein gift card deal. So, they do have an extensive collection of gift cards.
You need to pre-select your card before you can actually start completing your deals. And when I last checked, Rewards Giant was offering four gift cards to start.
- Amazon Gift Cards
- Walmart Gift Cards
- eBay Gift Cards
- VISA Gift Cards
When you first select the card, all the cards will be valued at $100. And that card you can get after completing just five deals. After that, you will have another option to select your gift card during the payout process.

How To Sign Up On Rewards Giant?
It is true that Rewards Giant doesn’t offer any instant signup bonus. However, they declare their prize beforehand to invoke confidence in users. However, their signup process is a bit different than other traditional reward sites.
To your surprise, there is no signup button on the websites of Rewards Giant. Then, how will you proceed? Here are the steps!
- Step 1: Visit the official website of Rewards Giant (you need to select a country-specific website).
- Step 2: Click on the “Get a Quick Start” button.
- Step 3: On the following page, select your preferred gift card among the four available options.
- Step 4: Once selected, you’ll be taken to a short questionnaire.
- Step 5: Select your preferred answer for “Do you do most of your shopping online?”
- Step 6: Now, select your answer for “How do you plan on using your gift card?”
- Step 7: Finally, answer the “How many times do you go shopping per week?” question.
- Step 8: Once all the answered, you’ll be redirected to the actual signup page.
- Step 9: Enter your email ID in the designated field and click on the “Continue” button.
- Step 10: On the final step, enter your gender, date of birth, and phone number.
- Step 11: You’ll receive a confirmation email which you need to verify to complete the signup process.
My Take: Rewards Giant takes non-sensitive data, such as your email ID and name, for the initial signup process. So you can test it without having much privacy concerns. But to opt for a payout, you need to provide your sensitive info, such as your SSN.

What Are Sponsored Deals On Rewards Giant?
Rewards Giant is a platform where you’ll find ample legit opportunities that they call sponsored deals. These offers are from partner companies that are looking for market research and advertising campaigns.
While testing it for this review, I found several amazing, sponsored deals that look like free money hacks to me.
Some of my personal favorite deals are as follows:
- Subscribe to OTT platforms like Netflix, Apple TV, and Hulu.
- Signup for e-commerce platforms, such as apps like Temu.
- Take a free trial offer from Showtime.
- Adding the Rakuten extension to your Chrome browser.
- Subscribe to popular survey panels, such as websites like InboxDollars.
- Taking the 3-month free trial of SiriusXM.
- Buying prescription or OTC medicines from partnered pharmacy stores.
- Reaching specific levels in mobile games, such as Justplay and Solitaire Cash.
- Becoming a driver to popular ridesharing apps, such as Uber.
Besides these, you can also take other local offers, such as buying some coffee from a partnered coffee store or buying anything from a partnered farmers market.
My Findings: Most of the deals I found here were free. But there are a few deals also available where you need to invest some money, such as buying a subscription or purchasing in-game items.

How Many Sponsored Deals You Need To Complete To Get Your Reward?
In platforms that provide online jobs paying up to $20/hour, you need to complete specific tasks within a specified time. And this is no different for Rewards Giant as well.
From taking subscriptions to testing new products, you need to complete a wide range of deals to get your rewards. And depending on the reward level, the deals’ completion requirements will also vary.
Check out the current (2024) deals requirement for various levels on Rewards Giant.
Reward Amount | Total Deals | Deals At Level-1 | Deals At Level-2 | Deals At Level-3 | Deals At Level-4 | Deals At Level-5 |
$5 | 2 | 1 | 1 | – | – | – |
$100 | 5 | 1 | 1 | 3 | – | – |
$250 | 10 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 | – |
$500 | 15 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 | 5 |
$750 | 20 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 | 10 |
$1,000 | 25 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 5 | 15 |
My Take: Deals are easier to complete till $100, where you need to complete just five deals to get the gift card. But after that, deals become a bit tougher and also come with investment requirements.
How To Claim Your Reward On Rewards Giant?
Most users think Rewards Giant is legit because of the ease of their payout methods. First of all, you’ll only get gift cards here, with no option for direct deposit or PayPal cash. So, if you are looking for a way to get money right now, it is probably not the right place.
The first deal will only help you to climb up the level. But from the second deal onwards, you are eligible for a payout, as it takes just two deals to claim a $5 gift card.
- Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Rewards” tab.
- Step 2: Choose your preferred gift card from the available options.
- Step 3: Submit the proof of your deal completion (screenshot, receipt, e-confirmation, etc.).
- Step 4: Proceed with the ID verification (third-party).
- Step 5: Once verified, you’ll receive the gift card of your chosen denomination in your email inbox.
The ID verification process can take up to 4 business days to complete, as it is conducted by a third-party verifier. You’ll automatically receive a confirmation mail once the verification process is done.

How Much Money Can You Make On Rewards Giants?
It is possible to claim up to $1,000 as a reward from Rewards Giant once every 365 days (one year). But you can claim up to a $500 reward once every two months. So technically, the highest cap here is a grand.
But still, I tried to figure out how much we can actually make while working for this Rewards Giant review. As per my own experience, it will take around three months to complete the $1,000 deal, as these are time-consuming.
So, the monthly earnings will be around $333. But this is a one-time chance per year. After that, you are only eligible for up to a $500 reward once every two months. So, your monthly earnings go to $250.
But from that $200 to $300 monthly earnings, you also need to invest some amount for the deal completion. And according to my calculation, this will be around 15%. So, your actual earnings will be around $150 to $220 per month if you complete all deals at the right time.
It is true that you can make $20 fast and easily here. But the situation gets tougher and tougher after that.

How Rewards Giant Pays Its Users?
I’ve already told you that there is no other payout option available than gift cards. Actually, the Up Level Rewards program and all its associated partners only offer payout through gift cards.
When I checked, there are several gift card options available, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, VISA, and Xbox gift cards. And all these gift cards are available in $5 to $1,000 denominations.
If you are not looking for a gift card but rather want some cash earning, you can try some of the legit online jobs for homemakers that offer much higher pay rates than minimum wage.
Pros And Cons Of Rewards Giant
Rewards Giant is a legit site that does offer gift card rewards for completing sponsored deals. It may not be as rewarding as the jobs that pay up to $40/hour, but it is definitely a great top-up.
But Rewards Giant has its own advantages and disadvantages, too!
- Free and easy signup process.
- Gift card rewards start from just $5.
- Ample gift card options to choose from.
- Different categories of deals are available.
- ID verification and gift card dispatch are usually complete within a week.
- Higher deals need monetary investments.
- Very difficult to complete higher-level deals for higher cashouts.
- Some deals may not match your interest.
- Limited gift card option for Canadian and Australian users.
- Many deals can take a lot of time to complete.
Rewards Giant – Ratings & Social Media Presence
Whenever I test and review any WFH online job, I always look for their performance on different platforms to get an overall idea about the legitimacy of those platforms. And I did the same this time.
When I looked for the ratings of Rewards Giant, this is what I found!
- Trustpilot: 3.7/5 (67% 5-Star Review)
- Scam Adviser: 1/100 (Trust Score)
- Scam Detector: 61.7/100 (trust Score)
- Similar Web: 6 (Category Rank – USA)
- Facebook: 381 Likes – 457 Followers
My Findings: I found moderate to negative ratings of Rewards Giant in most of the rating platforms. Besides, their social media presence is extremely poor, as I couldn’t find any handle on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else other than FB.
Rewards Giant – User Reviews & Customer Complaints
After checking the ratings that Rewards Giant received, I also checked what other people were saying in their reviews about it. I always follow this SOP even while I test WFH companies that pay weekly.
So, I started searching for some genuine user reviews of Rewards Giant to know about their personal experiences. And here is what I found!
- Paul Hughes on Trustpilot wrote, “Every time you complete a task to get your money, they add another, complete scam company.”
- Monkey16c on Reddit wrote, “They will try to get you to put in your contact information, then they will sign you up to charities/marketing/scammers.”
My Take: Most complaints about Rewards Giant are regarding the difficulty of completing the deals. Besides, there are ample complaints regarding denied or delayed gift card dispatch.
Website And Apps Like Rewards Giant – Best Alternatives In 2024
There is no doubt that Rewards Giant is a legit platform, although the earning potential is limited, and the deals are quite tough to complete. But there are other platforms available where you can get better offers.
Here are my recommendations as Reward Giant alternatives for 2024.
- Swagbucks
- Inbox Dollars
- Survey Junkie
- Opinion Outpost
- My Points
- Branded Surveys
- Survey Voices
- e-Survey Box
- KashKick
If you want to concentrate solely on rewards-giving sites, you can also try Rewards Zone USA and Flash Rewards, which also offer the same Up Level Reward programs.
Final Note- Is Rewards Giant Worth Trying?
If you want my honest opinion, I’ll not recommend it! It is true that Rewards Giant is a legit site, but the earning potential is simply not worth it. You may end up wasting three months just to get a gift card.
You can consider this as a legit fun job where you can get the satisfaction of completing deals while getting gift card rewards. But don’t count it as an income source.
If you need money now, there are several great options available. And you must work on establishing at least three different income sources (active + passive) to have a strong financial profile.
